Product Reservations

By reserving SOFÌA olive oil, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and shipping information
• Payment upon harvest completion (October 2025)
• Limited quantities - maximum 10 bottles per customer
• Reservations are binding once confirmed

Pricing and Payment

• Prices will be confirmed before harvest
• Payment due upon order fulfillment
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• All prices include packaging but exclude shipping

Shipping and Delivery

• International shipping available to most countries
• Estimated delivery: October-November 2025
• Shipping costs calculated based on destination
• We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes

Product Quality

We guarantee:

• Premium extra virgin olive oil quality
• Organic certification compliance
• Proper packaging and handling
• Replacement for damaged products during shipping

Cancellations and Returns

• Reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days before harvest
• Returns accepted only for damaged or defective products
• Refunds processed within 14 business days
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Limitation of Liability

Olio Francolini's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
